The China Bilingual Education Research Association is a non-governmental education organization that integrates bilingual teaching method research, Popularizing bilingual textbooks, bilingual teachers’ training, Omeka teachers introducing as well as popularization of bilingual education. In 2004, the name of the Association was issued in “ Survey of China Education Research Organizations”. The Association has 22 bilingual advisers (including 2 Canadian bilingual education experts, 2 American bilingual education experts) and 45 bilingual education researchers. Since the establishment of the Association, it has carried out many bilingual experiments and achieved good results in nearly 100 schools in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan and Shanxi. The Association jointly with Buckland Group has introduced nearly one thousand of good foreign teachers from Canada, America, England and Australia, The training class is held yearly to provide bilingual teachers who are qualified for the job for primary and middle schools in China.

The China Bilingual Education Website(http://www.bilingual.com.cn)is a nonprofit academic website for information exchange and bilingual education popularization. It offers a platform for the experts, students, teachers and the schools that is making bilingual education experiments to learn from and exchange with each other. The China Bilingual Education Website has by far the largest WWW accessing of the kind in China.
